The year 2010 marks our 20th anniversary of focus on organizational human development and change issues.
Silvia Zsoldos, Ph.D., is the President of the company. Her eclectic series of experiences has
taught her the primary importance of integrating leadership, teamwork, and problem solving in all
areas of business.
Zsoldos’ varied background as a teacher, trainer, administrator, team participant, team leader, and
institutional and business researcher, has yielded new skills and new perspectives.
As a university lecturer, she consistently earned high marks from her students. As an administrator, she
completely reorganized the processes in her unit, gaining significant savings in time and efficiency. She
also created successful ancillary student retention programs.
She has served in leadership roles in many not-for-profit organizations. As President and
CEO of FinnFest 88, Inc., an international, educational organization, she was able to
spearhead a year-long, multi-program celebration which became the benchmark for
subsequent events.
As a business-owner, in 1999, she was named Small Business Advocate of
the Year by the New Castle County Chamber of Commerce. She has earned
the distinction of Distinguished Toastmaster, the highest rank awarded by Toastmasters
International.
Zsoldos is active in many professional organizations. She is the immediate past
Chair of The Delaware Section of the American Society for Quality (506) and
and currently chairs the Section Education Committee.
Zsoldos’ forthcoming book, Leader’s Challenge; How to Grow and Sustain Your Business One Step at a Time,
is specifically tailored to assist Leaders who undertake use of the Company ThinkTeam©.

Carolyn Zsoldos, B.A., RN, and ANCC Board Certified in Nursing Informatics. She is
VicePresident of Success Programs.
Owing to her expertise in editing, technical writing, curriculum development, and teaching
and training, she provides a solid technical base for our training and program planning.
Carolyn is a firm advocate of blended learning that facilitates team building and understands
that in the new, “flat” world, technology can be both a help and a barrier. She is well-versed
in helping both teams and leaders integrate technology into their business while never losing
the value of the face-to-face interaction.
Harry Lenderman, Ed.D. is an Associate of Success Programs. He served in a leadership
position in Human Resource and Management/Training at the Marriott Corporation and
Sodexho USA for 28 years.
In that capacity he received thorough training in both quality processes and the original
"Action Learning" model which provides a process that supplies a laser-sharp way to find
solutions to critical business problems.
Lenderman’s book, Performance-Based Degrees Earned at Work, delineates the many of the
advantages that Action Learning team members gain and the opportunities for life-long
learning they discover while participating.
Lenderman’s expertise has made it possible for Success Programs to develop The Company ThinkTeam©
process which allows organizations to solve highly important and
urgent business problems, utilizing its own resources as the main source of expertise.
