Periodically, Dinesh teaches Quality and Statistical Process Control at the Delaware Technical Community College.

As the following sample of Dinesh’ accomplishments shows, he has a thorough grasp of a variety of organizational problems in need of solution and improvement.
1964-75, Dinesh managed reconditioning and machining of German and British made machine tools used in the manufacturing of Mercedes Benz trucks and automobiles.
1975-81, Dinesh supervised design, production, and purchasing functions in the manufacture of special purpose material-handling equipment which involved setting manufacturing standards, production-flow systems, bills of materials, sequence of operations, machine loading, etc.
1981-86, Dinesh prepared inspection plans, quality control procedures and process audit checklists. He also performed internal audits, identified control deficiencies, and recommended corrective action with follow up.
1987-88, Dinesh developed qualification protocols, process specifications and statistical process controls for new products and implemented quality control procedures for in-house and vendor supplied products.
1988-90, Dinesh developed and managed a customer complaint handling system, which reduced customer complaint processing time and improved customer satisfaction significantly.
Since 1990, Dinesh developed a Supplier Evaluation and Selection System and a Ship to Stock and Supplier Base Reduction program for procurement. He coached suppliers to improve their quality systems to meet ISO standards and requirements. Dinesh also coached purchasing in product quality specifications and in building partnerships with suppliers. He developed quality systems & procedure manuals in compliance with ISO standards.
Retire? No. Has just too much to give. We are glad that he is willing to work with us, too.
